I Love this Game

AI doesnt seem very strong, interface isnt great (have to click countries on and off to attack), not very sophisticated tactics - basically Risk by another name but not as fast. Its ok, but after a few turns its kind of like "why bother". Different countries empires are also very unbalanced - Russia wins the land war in Europe in a few years but apparently cant figure out how to build a ship. Some sort of tech tree to spend money on would be a cool addition.

Very fun game kind of like a bare bones risk or civ. Developer could have a really great game if they build off this basic skeleton and try to make the game more interesting.

Really great turn based strategy game. Wish there were more like it. Much more engaging than real time kiddie games.

Much better than all the risk games out there, this game actually has some real depth to it.

The people be saying its a lot like risk. Thats a fail in comparison. This game is a lot more in-depth than risk is at a natural state. This game is much like Axis & Allies. But not quite there, as it does not have the strategic significance . But a great game none the less. More units. (Land, air, and naval.) More rules. Show the units. And finally a bigger base for the story other than you are Russia, take over the world. Go fiction, or go the history side. But bring us more. Please and thank you. Sincerely, Boslemeggs.

Empires a really fun challenging game on every level and also a great time killer <3 i truly wished there were different time eras you could choose from, with different technology based on the eras chosen or the game would change as the years went by and also I wished there were planes, tanks, submarines etc thatll add a lot more depth to this game but theres only armies & ships </3 which is why its only a 3 star rating for me, I feel this game is lacking depth but its got that great world domination feel to it! overall this game feels like it isnt finished and needs improvements & updates especially since you need to buy the game! no major updates since a year i bought this game... disappointing since its such a great world domination game </3

Very challenging at low levels too

Does not follow its own rules. In a battle you attack with 500 ships. The outcome is loss of 200 ships but they ALL DISSAPEAR. delete

Just need to add a multiplayer (online and pass) to get 5/5

Legit review here from a casual player... If you love strategy and to actually think you should def buy this. Its like playing chess but on a map. Amazing game and fairly simple Totally recommended

This game is a great concept and was very fun for me in the beginning but there do not appear to be difficulty levels from what I can see ( correct me if Im wrong ). Ive never lost a game and Im an amazing strategy game player either so if some stronger AI could be added to the game, that would really improve it sighificantly.

Need to add Austria-Hungry, China, and Ottoman Empire. Very well made simple game. Some problems when playing with others(the maps lose sync)
